Developing Workforce Insights
To keep employees happy and to solve problems when they’re not, you have to understand how people experience their jobs – not from your perspective, but from theirs. Using anthropological methods, coupled with insights from social network analysis, I’m able to provide deep insights into employee experience from which plans for specific change can be built.

Coaching and Product Advising
Sometimes, leaders and managers need a to work through ideas and get a shortcut to the latest research on issues of digital transformation. I work with individuals on a retainer model to provide leadership coaching around digital transformation and to assist product teams with insights for new product development.
